WHEN:  February 9-16, 2018
Fly from GSP Friday, February 9 and arrive in Douglas, AZ later on Friday.
Spend time worshipping, learning, reflecting and visiting those on the border Saturday-Thursday.  Depart Friday, February 16 and arrive back home late that evening.
WHO:  The trip is open to up to 13 persons.
WHAT:  This trip, led by Frontera de Cristo and PC(USA) Mission Co-Workers, Rev. Mark and Miriam Adams , will be an experiential time of intentional study, learning and reflecting.   We will visit with many of Frontera’s mission partners, worship and share Biblical reflections, visit the Café Justo roasting facility, migrant resource centers and shelters.
WHERE:  Douglas, Arizona and Agua Prieta, Sonora, Mexico
Douglas and Agua Prieta are “sister cities”. We will spend time in both Douglas and Agua Prieta with most of the week being in Agua Prieta as that is where we will be sleeping.  We will be staying at Hotel Real, a local motel that is a partner of Café Justo.  Participants will share a hotel room with one other person.
(Mid-Late October 2018 will be a second Border to Border Mission Trip where the group will travel from the US/Mexico border to the Mexico/Guatemala border.  The exact trip dates are being confirmed but we know the trip will be mid to late October. The exact dates will be announced soon. )
