Middle School Retreat Fall 2025

COST

  • $200 per participant (youth and adult).  After October 2, 2025, the price increases to $225 per participant.
  • Middle School registration fee includes all meals on Saturday, breakfast on Sunday, lodging, programming, and tshirt.

WHAT TO PACK

  • Bible, pillow, sleeping bag/linens (single bed), towel, washcloth, clothes & jacket for the weather, toiletries, medications (must be turned in to youth leader), flashlight, camp clothes (outdoor recreation), clothes and shoes for creek walking, trash bag for wet clothes, rain jacket, money for offering.
  • Middle School participants will be housed in climate-controlled cabins and lodges at Asbury Hills.  Participants will need to bring sleeping bags or bedding for twin beds.
  • *NEW this year: money for the camp store. It will be open on Saturday during free time.

  • 1:00-3:30 pm Small Group Rotations at Rec Field
  • 3:30-5:45 pm Free Time with S’mores
    Camp Store Open (Items range from $2-40 including snacks, Gatorade, hacky sacks, t-shirts, hats, and more)
  • 6:00-7:00 pm Dinner
  • 7:00-8:30 pm Keynote #3
  • 8:30-9:00 pm Break
  • 9:00-10:00 pm Evening Rec Event
  • 10:00 pm Vespers with Backhome
  • 10:30 pm Lights Out

SUNDAY

Rev. Nick Setzer is the pastor at First Presbyterian Church in York, SC. He and his wife, Rev. Mia Levetan, keep busy with their three kids and two dogs. When he’s not at church, you’ll probably find him watching or coaching sports, firing up the BBQ, or hanging out around a table with friends and family. Nick loves bringing people together, sharing stories, and discovering how God shows up in community.

Rev. David Ealy works as a pastor at Hawfields Presbyterian Church in Mebane, NC. He lives there with his family loving chocolate, science fiction, and all the ways God keeps surprising us with grace. Music is a big way he likes to express his faith!
