POSITION: Temporary Supply (Pastoral Care and Mission)
STATUS: Full-Time, contract for no more than one year
PURPOSE: The Temporary Supply (Pastoral Care and Mission) is responsible for ministries of compassion directed inwardly within the congregation and outwardly toward the community. As the primary teaching elder responsible for pastoral care and visitation, she or he is the liaison to the Diaconate, Stephen Ministry, and other ministries of care. As liaison to the Mission Committee, she or he works with a large number of devoted and passionate church members to focus, coordinate, and carry out the congregation’s work in the world.
